Legal proceedings, insurance claims, and medical records disputes all share a common vulnerability: documents can be altered, and that alteration is often discovered too late. Existing tools track access — they do not verify integrity.
doclish was built to close that gap. Every document in your workspace carries a chain of custody: who uploaded it, when, what its hash was at that moment, and every access event that followed. That record is append-only. It cannot be edited.
Solo practitioners who need court-admissible document records. Family offices managing succession and estate documentation. Healthcare systems managing patient records under HIPAA. doclish is a privately held company committed to the privacy, security, and integrity of Protected Information in our custody. We do not sell user data, we do not offer advertising, and we do not share document contents with third parties. Documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare — zero cold-start latency, global edge delivery, and enterprise-grade DDoS protection by default.
We retain document records for a minimum of 45 years to satisfy HIPAA and CJIS compliance requirements. Once a document is registered, its audit record is permanent.
