By creating an account or using doclish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations.
doclish is a cloud-based document custody platform that provides SHA-256 cryptographic verification, chain-of-custody tracking, encrypted delivery, and immutable audit logging. doclish is intended for lawful document management purposes only.
You agree not to use doclish to:
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Access to doclish requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as elected. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. doclish does not store payment card information.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy or required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Paused subscriptions are billed at 50% of the current plan rate for up to three consecutive months. You may pause once per year and no more than twice in total. Your data and documents are preserved during a pause.
doclish retains all rights to the platform, software, and infrastructure. You retain all rights to documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant doclish a limited license to store, process, and transmit those documents solely as necessary to provide the service.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice, at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, you will retain access to download your document audit log for 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCLISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOCLISH IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
